Rainbow Health Consulting provides awareness and sensitivity education to health care providers on behalf of the LGBTQ+ community. The objective of Rainbow Health Consulting’s programming is to improve provider acuity surrounding an LGBTQ+ patient’s gender and sexuality, and the accompanying vocabulary and definitions therein. Additionally, we give healthcare providers the opportunity to engage in respectful dialogue and ask questions in a safe and professional environment. Besides our seminars in cultural competency, we also offer online webinars and curricula for healthcare education programs, thereby ensuring that future healthcare experiences will remain barrier free for all LGBTQ+ patients, guests, and employees alike.
