Our team administers Integrated Territorial Development (ITD) projects for industrial areas located in Moscow: from land plots selection to full project implementation. ITD projects make it possible to transform unused land into vibrant communities with high-tech industries and modern housing. In 2020, the City of Moscow signed the first two contracts with developers who are thus are entitled to undertake integrated development of territories stated in these contracts. These projects are our primary consideration, and we will provide all necessary information about their realization. Our team also analyzes the best international redevelopment practices in urban development and the manufacturing sector. We are very interested in learning about other cities’ experiences and sharing ours in this field. We are open to cooperation with all other city governments, architecture bureaus, consulting agencies, business, and R&D companies, etc.
