www.wiserltd.comWiser Ltd is the business behind Karen and Tim Goldstein. Karen and Tim both offer their years of knowledge, skills, tips, tricks, and techniques learned over the course of multiple business, careers, and being human. Karen’s focus is on breaking the stigma against mental health challenges in the workplace. From her experience working and managing tech projects, telecom, and small business and being married to her Asperger's husband, Karen has developed methods to create engaging communication with all people. Her specialty is helping companies to talk about and accommodate and engage the large population of the workforce that deals with mental health challenges. Tim uses his background of business management, computer technology, and struggling with Asperger's/Autism to help people understand and overcome the challenge of having business and technology workers communicate across the gap that separates them. Tim teaches unique ways to understand the talented but challenging tech worker developed from the unique perspective Asperger's gives him. He then provides simple approaches to work around the challenges that benefit not only the neurodiverse worker, but the company and all other employees.
