Puddingstone Properties is a small, family-owned and run residential property management company based in the historic city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. We offer a selection of clean and quiet apartments for rent in and around downtown Halifax, primarily in the leafy, safe and residential ‘burbs on the Halifax peninsula. All apartments that we offer are owned by us, which we believe sets us apart from other landlords in three important ways: 1. We are committed to being a part of the communities and neighbourhoods; for example, we know (and are known by) many of our neighbours around each of our properties. 2. We have a vested interest in ensuring that we only accept quality tenants, and that any unexpected issues (such as noise or other antisocial behaviour) are dealt with expediently. 3. Any repairs, renovations and improvements are done as part of our commitment to our properties, again underlying the long-term view that only comes from owning the properties that we rent.
