Stec Groep is an economic research and consultancy company. We are experts in the market aspects of housing, commercial real estate, industrial estates, economic development and investment promotion. We work for institutional property investors, real estate developers, housing corporations, cities, provinces, ministries, companies in need of new locations and regional development agencies. Half of our work is for public organizations, the other half for private clients. We help our clients to operate more effectively. Depending on the client’s specific demands and situation, we act as advisors, researchers and/or process managers.
