Fitness Health was first founded in 2007 by Rene' Harwood. First came the fitness blog www.fitnesshealth.co.uk , here I started updating articles on fitness, health and food monthly. The company formed in 2010 when we sold our first resistance band, from then we have been selling resistance bands, accessories and training plans online. In 2013 fitness health grew further into the fitness market selling speed training equipment and producing the first edition of our Resistance Band Training Book. 2014 is set to be an exciting year with more products being launched in our speed training and resistance band departments. We are 100% dedicated to our customers as with them we would not be here. We supply fitness and health equipment for sports teams, schools, fitness trainers and general public. We specialise with speed training, resistance bands, fitness accessories and health supplements.
