Simenon.tm owns and manages all rights to Georges Simenon's Non Literary Works and to the various "Simenon" trademarks. Non Literary Works means: • all dramatic works (as defined in the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988) including screenplays and scripts intended for exploitation by means of theatrical film, TV, radio, live stage or ballet; • all musical works (as defined in the CDPA); • all artistic works, including photographs (as defined in the CDPA); • all non fiction newspaper and magazine articles; • all personal and business correspondence; • all speeches written by Georges Simenon
