The Women in Engineering Mentorship Organization’s (WEMO) mission is to educate, inspire and foster young women to explore careers in Engineering. We will do this by: -introducing engineering concepts through workshops to young women -partnering with engineering organizations and companies to provide co-op opportunities and/or job shadowing experiences for young women -creating mentor-mentee partnerships between women engineers in industry and young women in engineering training
