Diana E Perez combines her story and that of others to produce work that speaks for itself. Each piece brings a tale of a journey of love, healing, and evolution. Her work can be called spiritually abstract as she brings her love and knowledge of energy healing and crystals into the mix and combines a human’s journey into it. Most of her works are in acrylic painting, and she experiments on surfaces and enjoys the uniqueness of each art piece and its story. She has also painted murals in private homes and customized concrete statues to make them look realistic. You can find her work inside homes and gardens. Diana has participated in local art shows by Tates Comics, the Fort Lauderdale MASS District Artwalk, Displayed her work in the Oakland Park Library and received a Participation on AGNWG 1st Annual Online Competition & Art Reception. She combines drawing techniques into her painting and enjoys painting with brushes and her fingers, which gives her art a unique approach. Diana enjoys learning and continuously finds a way to learn and grow; she took some classes at Broward College and continues to develop her craft on her own. Currently, she is connecting her art to her studies in energy healing, Crystals, and metaphysics. You will find some form of mandalas and sacred geometry in her artwork, and while every artwork is connected, no art piece is the same. All of her artwork is transformative and spreads some form of healing in them. She loves seeing her artwork find a home and get the opportunities to challenge her skills while painting in a new surface. She believe that her artwork does not lie on canvas alone and will find opportunities to paint in other surfaces all the time. Diana is originally from Honduras and now resides in South Florida with her husband and children. She hopes to continue to grow as an artist and share her work with anyone who enjoys it.
