Childrens Voice International
www.childrens-voice.orgChildren's Voice International is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit that helps abandoned, homeless, and trafficked children reclaim their dignity & rights and restore their hope so they can feel loved, valued, and protected. Here are descriptions of Children’s Voice International’s three programs: Basic Needs: Children’s Voice International organizes clothing and food drives and provides minimal financial assistance for crisis situations to help secure temporary housing (2-3 days). Additionally, in the case of a child seeking to return to one’s home country when displaced due to coercion or having been temporarily exiled, Children’s Voice International will help to defray transportation costs. Scholarship Program: Children’s Voice International offers annual scholarship support based on demonstrated need and demonstrated qualifications (specific criteria) for children seeking high school or college education. Children must apply for these scholarships on an annual basis and Children’s Voice International awards scholarship money on a case-by-case basis for those who meet the program’s requirements. Immigration Support: when children have a legitimate need to seek citizenship status in the United States, Children’s Voice International provides administrative support of the application process by coordinating the collection of documents, paying for application fees, and providing introductions to immigration attorneys. We are looking for volunteers, sponsors, petitioners, attorneys, donors, and foundations who share our desire to help children suffering to restore their rights. Please reach out to us if you'd like to learn more about our mission and ways you can get involved.
