SciRhom GmbH, based in IZB Martinsried, Germany, is a biotech start-up company that translates science into the preclinical and early clinical development of novel biopharmaceuticals for the treatment of life-threatening diseases. Founded in late 2016, we develop first-in-class antibodies against iRhom2, a key modulator of several crucial pro-inflammatory signalling pathways, including TNF-alpha signalling. Following the preclinical and early clinical development of these monoclonal antibodies, we are aiming to provide superior treatment options to currently existing inhibitors of TNF-alpha signaling.
