The Originator has invested over £400,000,000 into mortgages for experienced property investors, landlords, and developers who are seeking short-term finance to buy, build or renovate their residential and commercial property projects in the U.K. and earned over £40,000,000 for investors. The investment objective of the Partnership is to achieve long term capital growth by providing or acquiring (indirectly, via Investment HoldCos) short term residential and commercial secured property loans to developers and property professionals at competitive rates of interest (“Property Loan Assets”).
