At FLF we offer a range of services to help clients achieve their fitness goals. We are based in a 7,000 sq ft private facility in the heart of Manchester City centre. The gym is equipped with high quality kit from Watson, Primefitness USA and Atlantis strength. We have a custom made 40 meter astro turf and free weights area. We offer a range of services specialising in one to one personal training, small group training and individual program design. Members can be confident that they are in a friendly, clean, safe, uncrowded environment with extremely helpful and knowledgable Personal Trainers. Our co-founders James Largey and Rehan Akram started to build FLF over 10 years ago. They started off training groups of people in outdoor parks in North Manchester. This was two Manchester friends, having fun and helping people get fit. As the business grew James and Rehan had a vision, and in 2015 they opened FLF Performance Centre. At FLF Performance Centre our team encompasses a broad range of expertise covering physical, psychological and nutritional aspects of health and fitness. All of our FLF personal trainers have qualifications endorsed by REPs and are highly experienced. 95% of our FLF personal trainers have completed the FLF internship covering topics such as biomechanics, body transformation, nutrition, supplement protocols . Our personal trainers have continuous CPD to develop their knowledge and skill set. We pride ourselves on having world class coaches /athletes training and holding their seminars at FLF. We’ve hosted Charles R Poliquin, Ben Pakulski, Dr Jordan Shallow, Eugene Teo, Sebastian Oreb and Jordan Peters. All members of the FLF team are passionate about health and fitness, the FLF community and most importantly helping clients achieve their goals.
