Elite Home Health is a new home health company serving patients in Utah County, Weber County, and Salt Lake County. Elite was founded by a group of licensed registered nurses that have worked in the home health industry together for years. Each of these nurses bring with them different specialties and backgrounds. This diversity enables Elite to be able to service a broad spectrum of the population to better meet the needs we have identified in the community. Elite is able to provide home health services for all ages, infants to the elderly. We have a certified wound care nurse, physical therapists, CNA’s, and all of our registered nurses have been trained in pediatrics as well as geriatrics. We are able to offer specialized wound care, IV infusions, PICC/Port care, enteral feeding, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, medication management, pain management, and more.
