The Fund's core strategy is to provide high-yield loans, primarily to lower middle market non-distressed growth companies, with $2-$5MM EBITDA. Target borrowers fall under the radar of most mezzanine lenders, BDCs and SBICs, and generally have time-sensitive financing needs, with a focus on acquisition finance. The Fund invests $2-$7 million in the form of secured loans, frequently coupled with equity kickers to businesses across a broad array of industries. Loan maturities range 3-5 years. The Fund's strategy is best suited for acquisitions, service-related companies and others which do not fit within traditional ABL and commercial banking parameters.
