Leadership Institute For Tomorrow (LIFT) is a non-profit dedicated to advancing young, first-generation and immigrant professionals into upward mobility careers in higher education leadership. We engender and enhance leadership skills such as relationship building, problem solving via case studies, and organization and communication by connecting experienced university presidents, chancellors, deans, and provosts with upcoming young professionals. Our mission is to foster young, diverse professionals into leadership fields in higher education.
