KMK Construction, Inc provides construction, design/build, facilities maintenance and project management services to federal agencies throughout the eastern seaboard. Our headquarters is located in Eliot, Maine with offices in Groton, Connecticut, New Bern, North Carolina, Jacksonville Florida, and Tampa. Florida. Since its inception in 1996, KMK has formed strong client relationships working successfully with the Navy, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Army Corp of Engineers, Department of Fish and Game, US Fish and Wildlife Services, Army and Air National Guard, General Services Administration, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Projects have include, but are not limited to, military and government facilities repair and maintenance, renovation of occupied facilities, abatement, demolition, structural repairs, and upgrades. In addition to self performing some carpentry and architectural finishes, we now self perform structural steel and roofing.
