We are currently LP's in more than 20 funds and have 10 direct co-investments. Our private equity partners have more than $3 billion of capital in their current funds. Our current investment entity is Hauser Capital Partners, LLC. We look for General Partners who have a strategic investment model and who add operating and intellectual value to their portfolio companies. HCP has an active Board of Directors made up of business leaders from diverse industries including retail, consumer goods, healthcare, private equity and financial services. Members of our Board are: R. Kerry Clark, Roger W. Crandall (Observer), R. Keith Harrison, Jr., Mark J. Hauser, John C. Lame, Ronald W. Tysoe and George H. Vincent. We look to invest in control-buyout funds in the $100 to $500 million range.
