Part funded by the European Social Fund, the Welsh Graduate Programme has two separate skills routes; - Financial Services - Data Science & Analytics (Fast-Track) Our collective vision is to create a best-in-class graduate development programme which creates and retains a high calibre talent base in the region and fast-tracks graduates into careers in financial services and data. Our 2 -year Programmes offer talented graduates a unique opportunity to gain valuable work experience in the financial services industry, through 3 rotational, eight-month placements across the employer network and study for a fully funded, applied Masters qualification. This provides an unparalleled opportunity to experience different business types, cultures and job roles to enable graduates to make a more informed choice regarding their future career.
