TERMS OF REFERENCE - Work with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative and practical solutions for mass gatherings - Adapt solutions to be contextually and culturally appropriate, addressing needs and risks for mass gatherings - Build and maintain relationships to support community and health system capability and capacity - Identify, share and translate relevant research and experience to inform and improve practice
