Our Mission: The Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands is committed to connecting those touched by Down syndrome through education, advocacy and support. Down Syndrome Alliance of the Midlands (DSA) is a small non-profit with a big heart. We serve over four hundred families across Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa. Membership is free for anyone whose life has been touched by Down syndrome, including families, educators and medical professionals.
