Air Quality Permitting and Dispersion Modeling – HCE specializes in determining and obtaining the appropriate authorization mechanism for emissions from your facility or new project, whether on-site registration of exempt sources or full NSR/PSD/Title V permitting of major sources. Auditing and Compliance Support – HCE performs formal audits with custom protocol developed for specific client objectives, from one site to Corporate-wide. HCE performs State and Federal audits affording certain protections from regulatory enforcement. HCE conducts informal compliance assessments to ensure that all records and reporting are complete, and to hold required training sessions. HCE performs audits for management systems, pre-acquisition compliance, and emissions and waste minimization. Automated Recordkeeping and Custom Compliance Documentation – HCE has developed a Microsoft Access-based database program to produce custom emissions reports for over 50 sites throughout the US. The new omnibus calculator for speciated VOC emissions reporting is in the final testing phase as of Fall 2014 and will soon be available for licensing.
