The Praxis Group™ was founded in 1980 by Richard Roberts, President. With a twenty year history of success and an established reputation, we continue to serve clients in all sectors and undertake a diverse and exciting range of projects. Our areas of specialisation include large scale public involvement and policy related processes, major commissions of inquiry, and strategic level advisory projects. Recently, Praxis has spearheaded or participated in a number of strategic partnerships, forming specialized project teams for national and international clients. We have taken the lead in developing interactive technologies and have acted as beta testers for the Nortel VISIT desktop video conferencing technology as early as 1991, putting units into all of Praxis' offices and a number of our client's facilities. We continue to develop our computer technology expertise and have pioneered the use of state-of-the-art on-line Website surveys. With a core staff leading projects, Praxis Inc. has over 80 contractors who participate in a wide range of assignments. The range of contractors include graphic artists, writers, information technology professionals, researchers and planners. Praxis Inc. acts as the locus of our operations, in a project advisory capacity, and by providing support in information technology, administration and technology development to the other offices.
