IMAF-Cape Fear will be a committed member-managed angel capital fund. Investing primarily in the Coastal Region of North Carolina. IMAF-Cape Fear will be a part of North Carolina’s IMAF Family of Funds and will seek to invest both dollars and time in seed stage, high growth companies and spin outs from UNC-Wilmington, Duke University and UNC Chapel Hill schools of marine science. The IMAF Cape Fear Fund is managed by Dallas Romanowski and Rich Novak, Managing Partners of Cornerstone Advisory Partners.
