First Baptist Church of Nashua

www.fbcnashua.org

Belonging somewhere is a basic human need. Yes, you can pray alone and yes, you can be spiritual without being a church member, but there is something special about being in community and working together for a common purpose. You will also have the benefit of being part of a church family which will care about you and support you on your faith journey. First Baptist Church of Nashua is an open and affirming church with a love for family and community service. As American Baptists, we celebrate unity in diversity as one of the 5,800 churches consisting of various ethnic groups, worship styles, theological understandings, and churches with both large and small congregations. American Baptists affirm the autonomy of the local church, follow a congregational model of church government, and have no hierarchical governing body. We own our land and buildings and seek to live out the mission and ministry that Christ has given to our church. As American Baptists, we also believe in interdependence and work together with other churches and denominations to accomplish the work of God in our world.
