I grew up in Moore, OK, class of '79. I attended the Oklahoma School of Photography. I worked in photography labs and taking wedding photographs throughout the '80's. As the page turned, I met people who suggested I try to become an air traffic controller. I did just that, and Uncle Sam said if I wanted to be a controller, I could move to Houston or quit. I moved to Houston. Again the page turned, and I returned "home." I am now doing a job I absolutely love. I never heard of the word "esthetician," either, until I became one. Let me tell you, if you live to be 1,000,001, you'll never learn all there is about skin! No, I don't know it all, and I have found out, no one does.
