The FTSE Women Leaders Review builds on the excellent work of the Davies Review & Hampton-Alexander Review to increase the number of women on FTSE 350 boards with a joint focus to improve women’s representation at board level and in senior leadership positions. The Review, which is an independent, business-led framework supported by the Government will announce a further set of recommendations for FTSE 350 companies to improve the representation of Women on Boards and in Leadership positions. KPMG UK and Lloyds Banking Group will be the corporate sponsors for this next phase of the work. Following the first report in 2016, our reports are published annually.
