Our loyalty is never to the lender- our loyalty is always to the client. We are our clients’ biggest advocates and will search high and low to acquire the best loan for our client. Although house + home loans has a strong relationship with multiple different lenders/affiliates, we will always have our loyalty to our clients and make all decisions regarding clients finances independently. Our appointments and consults are free of charge. We receive a commission from the lender after the settlement of the loan.
