Steadfast Claims Solutions has been created to deliver comprehensive claims management services to Steadfast Underwriting Agencies from 5 October 2021, and in the near future they will offer service to Steadfast brokers for their clients. The scope of services will include claims advocacy, claims preparation and catastrophe claims advocacy. These will be supported by a robust digital claims management technology platform to simplify the claims process and enhance the claims experience for clients.
