Summerville Economic Development exists in the Administrative division of the Town of Summerville. Our purpose is to coordinate commercial and industrial recruitment, residential and commercial annexation, existing business relations, and overall redevelopment and revitalization efforts for the Town. In addition, we provide support to the Town’s Planning Department in the form of fiscal impact analysis for Planned Unit Development agreements.
