The European Consumer Centre Luxembourg GIE informs you about your rights, advises and assists you in finding a solution if you have a problem with a trader or when you buy goods or services in another EU country. Our services are free of charge. The Centre is part of a network of 29 ECCs (European Consumer Centre Network) in the EU, in Iceland and in Norway. The ECC is financially supported by the European Commission, the Luxembourg government (Ministry for Consumer Protection) and the Luxembourg Union of Consumers (ULC).
