Famn is home to an experienced collection of coaches, psychologists and facilitators. We provoke organisational change by helping individuals develop their self-awareness and their resilience through 1:2:1 coaching, our Group Coaching Programme and workshops. Our clients are invited to honestly explore their flaws as well as their brilliance, and through this self-awareness, learn to disrupt the patterns that no longer serve us well. Famn is a Swedish word that translates as the ‘space between our arms when we are embracing’. The equivalent word in Danish has the additional meaning of ‘a harbour’. We hope Famn is a safe place where people can find some sanctuary from their intensely busy, demanding and challenging lives. Like a harbour, it is also a place where work can be done to grow and make ourselves more able to deal with the stormy seas that we sometimes have to navigate.
