With a focus on 16-25 year olds from disadvantaged backgrounds (free school meals, first generations to university, tough communities and backgrounds across all parts of the UK, etc.) we have engaged extensively with young people and their intermediaries, as well as Fortune 500 companies across the country. Drawing on rich insights gained from this deep engagement, and with the direct involvement of young people and large employers across various sectors Open Doors has received strong engagement and support from several leading PLC companies - in the form of design, tech and financial investment . Our platform not only maximises significant value for our partners by sharing data and insights to inform talent recruitment and progression in support of ‘purpose, EDI and ESG objectives but accelerates the personal and professional development of employees through employee engagement, employability and mentoring programs.
