Epilepsy Connections is a leading Scottish provider of information and support services for people affected by epilepsy. We work with adults and children with epilepsy, with families and carers, teachers and employers to ensure that they have the information and support they need to live well with epilepsy. As well as providing information and support at the point of diagnosis and times of crisis, we provide a befriending service and social activities for adults, Living Well with Epilepsy education sessions covering a range of topics including understanding epilepsy, managing seizures, living with medication, epilepsy and memory, and stress management; and social activities for families affected by childhood epilepsy. We also provide epilepsy awareness training for schools, employers, social care and housing staff, carers, emergency services personnel, and leisure service providers.
