Our aim is to share our knowledge of Human Factor skills learnt from our time in aviation with other industries in order to directly improve Safety, Efficiency and Performance. Human Factors training is particularly relevant to safety critical or high-performance environments. Pilots are driven by safety and work every day with different teams in a wide spectrum of situations and scenarios. Studies have shown that staff exposed to training based on aviation Human Factors made 30-50% less technical errors after training. Paul and James have amassed over 14,000 hours in over 30 years of flying worldwide. With experience across both Boeing and Airbus fleets, they have each faced challenging conditions whilst flying in some of the world's busiest airspace to almost 200 destinations. Our facilitator led modules allow us to share our skills learned in the flightdeck with your organisation. Our modules include group discussions, case studies, and varied multimedia. We offer a tailored package to suit the needs of your organisation, giving your people vital and relevant skills that can be used on a daily basis. We encourage your people to develop skills in six specific, Non-Technical competencies; Leadership and Teamwork Communication Problem Solving and Decision Making Threat and Error Management Cognitive Workload Management Situational Awareness and Operational Resilience Investing in the Human Factors skills of your people provides the opportunity to learn from individual, team, systematic and environmental vulnerabilities in order to directly enhance Safety, Efficiency and Performance throughout your organisation.
