Rennie Grove Hospice Care is a charity supporting and caring for patients diagnosed with life-limiting illness and their families in their homes. Every year through our 24/7 Hospice at Home service, our Family Support services and the range of Day Services at Grove House we give thousands of patients the choice to stay at home, surrounded by their families and friends. Our nurses and clinicians aim to give patients that choice by working with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and seamless care for patients and their families at all stages of the illness. We rely on the generous support of the local community to fund 84% of our £7.2 million annual running costs to keep giving patients and their families the care they need and the choice they deserve. Rennie Grove Hospice Care is the name for the charity that was formed in 2011 following the merger of Iain Rennie Hospice at Home and Grove House.
