Patrick Properties, Inc. is a privately held, real estate acquisition and development company. Lewis E. Patrick began his real estate career in 1986 in Scottsdale, AZ. After spending several years continuing his career in Las Vegas, Nevada and Columbus, Ohio, Mr. Patrick returned to Arizona in 1996 and formed Patrick Properties, Inc in 1997. In 2007 Mr. Patrick relocated to Sandpoint, ID, began investing in commercial property and later formed Patrick Properties of Idaho, while continuing his business in Arizona.
