The Nanny Co. is a curriculum-based nanny referral agency. I find qualified nannies and match them with families. I thoroughly screen and interview each nanny. Once the nanny is employed by the family, I then send an age-appropriate curriculum with them to bring to the family's house to work on with the child(ren). These unique curriculums are designed for children ages 6-weeks up to 4 years old.
