CNYCC was the Performing Provider System (PPS) created to implement the (DSRIP) program in six Central New York counties: Cayuga, Madison, Lewis, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego. The Central New York Care Collaborative (CNYCC)was a collaboration of more than 2,000 healthcare and community based service providers working together to create a better system of care for all patients in our region -- specifically focused on the Medicaid and uninsured individuals.
