Our experience includes; Buy-to-Let, Houses of Multiple Occupancy, Property Renovations and Developments (Residential and Commercial), Option Contracts, Value gain through Lease Extensions and Serviced Accommodation. We use this knowledge and combine it with a detailed understanding the investor needs to source great value property investments. Ian is a graduate engineer by profession, and has subsequently achieved two City and Guild qualifications in Energy management. He is an Assets for Life Mastermind graduate and is passionate about life long learning. This includes training with well known and respected Property training organisations including; Progressive Property, Property Investor Network, Touchstone Education and the Millbank Academy. We are registered with the Property Redress Scheme, the Information Commissioners Office and have applied for registration with HMRC to be compliant with the Anti Money Laundering regulations. We belong to the Residential National Landlords Association and the Federation for Small Businesses. Insurances are in place for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability.
