Harmony Communities manages over 20 properties, close to 2,000 units, across California and Oregon, employs more than 50 people and has almost $100 million dollars in assets under management. In the future, Harmony Communities will continue to expand into new locations. Along the way, the company will continue to roll out innovative strategies like its tiny house conversion program that replaces dated modular homes in communities with new, energy efficient, tiny homes.
