Veteran PR exec Carl Samrock established his own company in 1998 after more than 25 years in entertainment and corporate publicity. Prior to opening the doors of CSPR, he spent 15 years at Warner Bros. Pictures as Vice President of National Publicity. CSPR’s first assignment was to help Warner Home Video launch the new medium of DVD.
