The Police Department is responsible for enforcement of state and local laws in the City of Redmond. The Police Department enforces the state traffic laws within the City and has the primary responsibility for enforcement of the Municipal Code. The Department is accredited by the Oregon Accreditation Alliance (OAA). The Redmond Police Department is a progressive police agency that proudly provides the 28,000+ residents of Redmond, Oregon with services which are courteous, consistent, thorough, and professional.
