Mlekara Zdravje Radovo is the biggest Macedonian dairy industry. Since it was established, the company has seen a continuing development of its production programme, a growth in the number of products and the number of staff. Consistent operations and introduction of new products such as: different types of vegetable yellow (kashkaval) cheese, Feta cheese, milk, sour cream, yogurt etc., have expanded the production line that initially only included a dozen of products. Nowadays, the overall selection includes more than 50 products. Quality products and continuing investment in new technologies have led to our company becoming a leader in the sales of a hard dairy programme – brine (white) cheese and yellow (kashkaval) cheese. The development and success of Zdravje Radovo also implies increasing staff. The company employs 330 people compared to the initial staff of eight. The original facility of daily milk processing of 2,500l has jumped to 120,000 l. The overall production and distribution of products takes place in and from a warehouse in Skopje where the head office of the company is also located. The company’s distribution network covers all cities and settlements in Macedonia. Distribution is made by their own pool of vehicles. The development and growth of Zdravje Radovo are also testified by the sales expansion to areas beyond the Macedonian borders. Our products may be found in markets in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Albania.
