Monarch Precast Concrete is a privately held business that specializes in manufacturing precast concrete products for the construction industry. We service the commercial, municipal, residential and utility markets. The company was founded in 1949, and began manufacturing septic tanks for the growing Lehigh Valley and surrounding counties. The product line developed significantly over the years to include manholes, storm sewer products, packaged pumping stations, packaged meter chambers, utility and specialty products.
