Our mission is to help SMEs succeed. Our journey started 17 years ago as a management consultancy delivering business and team performance advice to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Over the years we’ve grown our services and products to complement the needs of SMEs and the changing environments and pressures they faced. In recent years, we’ve seen the speed of change accelerate due to the rapid advances in technology and the impact of digitalisation. This has placed a new set of challenges on how SMEs operate and succeed. We established the Global Solutions Group to meet these needs and become our clients’ trusted partner across technology, business organisation and customer communications. We’ve also developed our resources to best serve many of our clients who have over the years built global operations as a natural part of their growth. Synergy not silos We see future success being driven by four factors: purpose, people, process & technology. The quality of each of these four factors is important. Equally important is how they are aligned and combined: the better the flow, the greater the success.
