The support offered to our service users includes housing, complex dependency, education, employment, Training, as well as tackling isolation and health and well-being. Partnering with statutory and other third sector organisations we ensure our service users receive the support they need using a joined-up approach. We use a co-designed approach right through to delivery as our service users drive us. Physical health and well-being - fitness, nutrition and outdoor activity, addiction Emotional Health (feeling) - stress and anger management and bereavement support Personal Growth (being) - peer mentoring, education, training and employment Mental Health (thinking) - counselling, risk management and mental health advocacy and diagnoses Social Health (relating) - social inclusion activity, social events and team building days Welfare - housing, welfare and benefits, offending, financial and legal support and adult social care We deliver support to the Armed Forces Community via case management of complex and targeted interventions such as Counselling, Advocacy, Support with Emotional and Physical Health and linking beneficiaries into statutory and third sector providers with ongoing peer mentoring. We are highly experienced in working with targeted, complex and high-risk beneficiaries, with multiple complexities such as severe and enduring mental and physical including health including PTSD, drug and alcohol addiction, homelessness, domestic abuse, anger and grief. All our staff and volunteers are from the Armed Forces Community and our team are highly skilled with many transferable skills from successful military careers.
