We bridge the skills and experience gap for job seekers and employers with our innovative training model designed by industry, io-pro. On io-pro, Trainees become part of a team working on real world projects that their future employer will expect them to undertake. Trainees are supported by our Team Leaders who have years of experience leading elite data and analytics teams at some of the world’s best organisations. At the end of io-pro, we connect, match and place our Trainees with our network of leading employers. We are launching with io-pro analyst: a 10 week experience designed and delivered by data industry experts. On the programme, Trainees don’t just learn what it’s like to work in a world class analytics team – they experience it. Each week trainees work together to solve real data challenges that world class data and analytics teams are tasked with. By the end, our Trainees have proven experience to showcase to future employers. Our promise: If Trainees land a job at an io-organisation, it’s completely free (the employer pays for the training!). If we fail to get Trainees a job within 6 months of the programme, it’s also completely free (that’s how confident we are). Crucially, no one is locked into our employer network; Trainees are free to accept a job wherever they want, but then we ask that they or their new employer pay back the cost of the training (£2,000) - but only once they’ve landed a job and it’s payable in affordable monthly instalments.
