MRHS is the local board of mental health and addiction services serving the residents of Warren and Clinton Counties. Our mission: to share hope and caring to achieve recovery from alcoholism, drug addiction, and mental illness. MHRS contracts with nonprofit agencies, hospitals and other organizations to provide services and programs that support recovery from mental illness and addictions. The goal is to help individuals recover and return to active participation in their families, their jobs and their communities. We have a Speaker's Bureau that's ready to visit with your organization to talk about mental health and addiction issues.
