As an independant agency Jim's focus was to provide Commercial and Personal Insurance services to large and small business owners in and around the Erie and Tri-State areas. In 1994, Jim decided to form Domino Insurance Financial Services which provides Group Health and Life Insurance as well as Individual and Family Health and Life Insurance plans.
